Day 4: Cardio Recovery

This morning I felt like my elementary school bully pummeled me INSANELY! I'm feeling like poo (like the dump you take after a gorge fest of fried food yummy goodness) however on the positive note today was the first time I got my contacts in at 5:00 a.m.! YAY! So thank the good Lord today was "recovery" day with Mr. Shaun T however I loathe and I mean loathe the type of exercising/stretching we did~ blek! I honestly IN THE PAST have skipped those types of exercises on my other workout dvds. Balance is not my thing....using my own body for strength is crap I tell you CRAP! Squats and lunges and then staying in those positions FOREVER and then pulsing.......all crap!! YOGA is crap too! CRAP!!!!!!

However I ninja kicked my crappy attitude (HA) and pushed through it and "recovered".
